You have a story worth understanding—and this is where healing begins.
Even the hardest chapters of your story deserve to be explored with compassion, care, and hope.
Hello I’m Angie- and I’m so glad you’re here.
I know reaching out for help takes courage, especially when your heart has carried more than most people realize. Whether you’re navigating trauma, betrayal, disconnection, emotional pain, or the questions that keep you up at night, you don’t have to walk through it alone.
My heart is to meet you with compassion and faith-integrated care as we explore your story together. This is a space to breathe, to be honest, and to gently tend to the parts of your story that have felt too heavy to carry on your own.
“He always comes alongside us to comfort us in every suffering so that we can come alongside those who are in any painful trial. We can bring them this same comfort that God has poured out upon us.” 2 Corinthians 1:4
My Story
A part of my story that shaped how I show up for others.
I understand what it feels like to walk through seasons that are heavy, confusing, or heartbreaking. There were times in my own story when I wished I could erase certain chapters—moments marked by pain, disappointment, and questions I didn’t have answers for. But in the middle of it all, God met me with a gentleness I didn’t expect.
Over time, He began to show me that the places I wanted to hide were the very places He wanted to bring healing and purpose. The tender parts of my story became sacred ground—not because they were painless, but because that is where restoration began.
My experiences have given me a deep compassion for the parts of people’s stories they often keep quiet—the grief, the relational pain, the overwhelm, the waiting, and the wondering if healing is even possible. I’ve been there, and I’ve seen how God meets us in those spaces with grace, strength, and hope.
No matter what season you’re in—heartbreak, disconnection, overwhelm, or uncertainty—you don’t have to walk through it alone. Healing is possible. Hope can be restored. You were created to live—not just survive.
It would be an honor to walk alongside you as you explore your story and begin experiencing the healing your heart has longed for.
How I Support Your Healing
My approach is grounded in story work, trauma-informed care, and faith-integrated support. I believe healing happens when your story is seen with compassion and your experiences are explored with curiosity, care, and understanding.
Together, we slow down enough to make sense of the experiences that have shaped you—the wounds, the patterns, the questions, and the ways you’ve learned to protect yourself along the way. Healing begins when those parts are understood, not rushed.
I integrate emotional insight, relational wisdom, and spiritual grounding to support you in:
• Understanding the deeper layers of your story
• Recognizing patterns that may be keeping you stuck
• Strengthening your relationships with yourself, others, and God
• Developing practical tools for emotional and relational health
• Moving toward meaningful and lasting change
My role is not to fix you—you are not broken.
My role is to walk alongside you, hold space for your honesty, and help you discover what becomes possible when your story is met with compassion, understanding, and hope.
Who I Serve
I work with individuals, couples, men, and leaders who are carrying emotional or relational pain and are longing for healing, understanding, and a way forward. Many of the people I work with feel overwhelmed by what they have experienced, unsure how to move forward, or exhausted from trying to hold everything together on their own.
You might be here because you’re navigating:
• Trauma or unresolved wounds from your past
• Betrayal, emotional disconnection, or relational rupture
• Patterns that keep repeating, and you don’t know why
• Feeling unseen, unheard, or misunderstood in your relationships
• Loneliness, anxiety, or the weight of unspoken pain
• Struggles with self-worth, identity, or faith
• Difficult decisions around boundaries, marriage, or separation
• The pressure of leadership while carrying your own pain
No matter where you find yourself, this is a space to slow down, make sense of your experiences, and gently tend to the parts of your life that feel tender, confusing, or heavy.
I work with those who desire meaningful change, healthier relationships, and a deeper understanding of themselves and their story—even if they’re not sure where to begin.
Faith & Practice
Faith is an important part of who I am and how I walk with others, but it is never something I push or assume. I believe God meets us with compassion in the places where we hurt, and that emotional healing and spiritual growth often move together in powerful ways.
In our work, faith is woven in gently and respectfully—through grounding, truth, compassion, and the belief that God cares deeply about every part of your story. Whether you feel connected, questioning, distant, or unsure where your faith stands right now, this is a safe place for your heart to be honest.
My role is not to give quick answers or fixes, but to create space where you can listen for God’s presence, explore your story with openness, and discover the hope that can rise even from your hardest chapters. I honor your spiritual journey and meet you exactly where you are.
Education & Training
My education and training have shaped the way I care for people and support the healing process. They have deepened my understanding of relationships, emotional health, trauma, faith, and the powerful role our stories play in shaping how we see ourselves, others, and God.
I believe healing is most powerful when it honors the whole person—mind, heart, body, and spirit.
